Job summary
Hawk-Eye Innovations seeks an experienced Technical Engineering Lead to shape and scale an AI-first engineering culture. You will amplify the squad through agentic tools, provide delivery structure, and establish high-quality, fast-moving practices across data pipelines and edge-to-cloud compute.
You will line-manage senior engineers, drive architectural decisions with Product, and ensure measurable outcomes while maintaining security and IP guardrails. Hybrid work model in the UK.

- Strong background in full-stack or platform engineering.
- Experience with AI-enabled and agentic development tools.
- Business-minded with clear ownership and impact.

Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Delivery: lead squad to field trials and commercial launch.
- Shape Agentic Development Culture: organize AI-delegation and AI-augmentation models.
- Set the Bar & Hire: build development plans and recruit talent in agentic development.
- Streamline Delivery & Process: turn vision into backlogs, sprints, roadmaps.
- People Leadership & Growth: line-manage engineers and mentor teams.
- Bridge Product & Engineering: align with Product Leadership on architecture and delivery.
