Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations (HEI) is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to amplify an AI-first engineering culture. You will guide a squad through field trials to commercial launch, building the delivery framework, quality standards, and agentic environment that enables high performance at scale.

You will mentor senior engineers, shape architecture with Product Leadership, and drive measurable, impactful outcomes across edge-to-cloud compute and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering teams to deliver with structured execution.
• Strong full-stack and data-pipeline knowledge across edge-to-cloud compute.
• Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development tools at scale.
• Ability to balance engineering excellence with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery by guiding next-gen tracking products through trials to launch.
• Shape agentic development culture and establish secure, scalable AI-augmented workflows.
• Lead hiring and build high-bar development plans for the squad.
• Translate product vision into managed backlogs, sprints, and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers toward high-impact, scalable working practices.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership on architecture and delivery timing.
