Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations in the UK seeks an experienced Technical Engineering Lead to shape the delivery of next-generation tracking products. You will amplify the squad through AI and establish an agentic development culture, overseeing full-stack/ platform engineering and scalable data pipelines.

You will line-manage senior engineers, define product backlogs, and collaborate with Product Leadership to translate vision into execution roadmaps.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record leading engineering teams to successful delivery.
Strong background in full-stack development, data pipelines and edge-to-cloud compute architecture.
Fluent use of AI-assisted and agentic development tools at scale.
Balance between engineering excellence and business impact with ownership.
Empathetic, growth-oriented leadership focusing on people as the core asset.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial delivery by taking products from field trials to full launch.
Shape agentic development culture with AI delegation and augmentation models.
Set high-bar development plans and recruit talent with fluency in agentic development at scale.
Turn product vision into backlogs, sprint plans and execution roadmaps.
Mentor engineers, drive team health and career development, scale ways of working.
Collaborate with Product Leadership and Technical Authority on architecture and delivery.
