Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to amplify an AI-first engineering culture and mentor high-performing teams across full-stack and platform engineering. You will shape development around AI-delegation and AI-augmentation, while upholding security and IP guardrails to accelerate field trials and commercial launch.

You will partner with Product Leadership and the squad's Technical Authority to align architecture, sequencing, and delivery with measurable business

Strong background in full-stack development, data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud compute.
Fluent with AI-assisted and agentic development tools.

Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Delivery: Lead the squad to bring next-generation tracking products through field trials and into full commercial launch.
Shape Agentic Development Culture: Organize development around AI-delegation and AI-augmentation models and establish the squad’s agentic development environment within security/IP guardrails.
Set the Bar & Hire: Build high-bar development plans for the squad, lead hiring for open engineering roles, recruit talent with fluency in agentic development at scale.
Streamline Delivery & Process: Turn product vision into managed backlogs, sprint plans, and execution roadmaps with human-in-the-loop gates.
People Leadership & Growth: Line-manage senior engineers, own team health and career development, mentor engineers into 10x ways of working.
Bridge Product & Engineering: Collaborate with Product Leadership and Technical Authority on architecture and delivery to achieve measurable outcomes.
