Responsibilities
- Drive commercial delivery from field trials to full commercial launch.
- Shape agentic development culture and establish a secure, scalable environment.
- Set hiring bar and recruit engineers with agentic development experience.
- Turn product vision into managed backlogs, sprints, and roadmaps.
- Lead and grow engineers, guiding career development and 10x ways of working.
- Bridge product and engineering with leadership on architecture and delivery.
