Hawk-Eye Innovations seeks an experienced Technical Engineering Lead to scale an AI-first engineering culture, guiding full-stack/platform teams across data pipelines and edge-to-cloud compute. You will mentor engineers, shape delivery processes, and partner with Product Leadership to drive measurable outcomes while maintaining security and IP guardrails.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic judgment, and the ability to harness AI tooling to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering teams with reliable delivery.
• Strong experience in full-stack or platform engineering.
• Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the squad to deliver next-generation tracking products from trials to commercial launch.
• Shape AI-first development culture within security and IP guardrails.
• Define development plans, hire for open roles, and recruit in agentic development at scale.
• Translate product vision into backlogs, sprints, and roadmaps; govern with gates.
• Line-manage senior engineers and mentor teams toward 10x ways of working.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership on architecture and delivery outcomes.
