ElevenLabs is seeking a RevOps Systems Architect to build a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack. You will administer Salesforce, develop automations with Flows/Apex, and connect CRM to data pipelines and AI tooling. You’ll work closely with engineering to scope and ship scalable GTM solutions.

This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, hands-on backend development, and a systems mindset. Remote-friendly with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce orgs, object model and configurations.
• Proficient in building automations with Flows and Apex.
• Ability to design and query data pipelines and dashboards.
• Interest in AI-native systems and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer our Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, user configuration.
• Build and maintain automations via Salesforce Flows and Apex.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling for CRM flows.
• Design SQL-based data pipelines feeding dashboards and revenue reports.
• Translate business problems into technical scope and implement solutions.
