Qualifications

• Strong background in designing and delivering Salesforce solution architectures in enterprise-scale environments.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and integration with other enterprise apps via APIs and middleware.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution and integration architectures across cloud, hybrid and on‑premise environments.
• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Define and govern Salesforce integration patterns with legacy and third-party platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Contribute to Digital, Data and AI strategies using Salesforce and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with product teams and delivery teams to set architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with functional, non-functional and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and advise senior stakeholders on key design decisions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize platforms and reduce cost and risk.
