Job summary

Actian Corporation is seeking an AI-First Software Engineer to design and implement features across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform, spanning backend services to frontend interfaces, with an emphasis on correctness, performance, and maintainability. You will actively use AI tools as a force multiplier, participate in design reviews, and contribute to incident response and production troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a fullstack engineer delivering production SaaS features.
• Experience with data governance, catalogs, or metadata management is a plus.
• Strong English communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features across backend and frontend of the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining engineering judgment.
• Contribute to technical design reviews with a security‑first mindset.
• Participate in incident response and production troubleshooting to ensure stability.
• Share knowledge through technical sessions and documentation.
