Job summary

Valtech is seeking an Engineering & Delivery Manager (all genders) to lead engineering and delivery for a high-impact Business Unit, with a strong focus on AI-augmented engineering. The role requires steering complex programs across onshore and offshore teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will partner with BU leadership to define standards, optimize delivery, and drive transformation across divisions, ensuring production-grade capabilities and sustained client value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large-scale engineering and delivery organizations across multiple concurrent programs or business lines.
• Deep, hands-on engineering background with demonstrated leadership of AI/GenAI adoption from POC to production.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-division or cross-division tech delivery against committed SLAs and KPIs.
• Command of modern delivery models: agile at scale, factory or managed-services delivery, and hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore operations.
• Strong grasp of e-commerce, retail, or omnichannel environments; familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, data & integration, and POS stack is a plus.
• Fully bilingual French/English (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Define and own the engineering vision, architecture principles, and technical standards across the BU technology stack.
• Lead AI-augmented engineering and ensure production-ready delivery across divisions.
• Build and mentor the engineering and delivery leadership team across locations.
• Represent engineering in BU governance forums and align roadmaps with client strategy.
• Drive AI adoption from POC to scalable production across the delivery lifecycle.
