Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Lead Product Manager in the UK to lead complex, AI-enabled product initiatives and shape our experience innovation practice. You will guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will champion a test-and-learn mindset, navigate ambiguity, and grow our capability in AI-powered products across client engagements.

Qualifications

Passionate about creating world-class digital products and services.
A track record of planning and delivering successful end-to-end products and services, with a demonstrable history of results and the impact they've made.
Experience working closely with, and influencing, senior and C-suite level stakeholders.
Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
Have a "test and learn" mentality, and show a desire to constantly improve their skills.
Balancing different, and often competing, senior stakeholder needs and priorities to drive work forward.
Comfortable with ambiguity and switching between big picture and individual workstreams depending on the focus needed.
Experienced in using AI tools and technologies in your day-to-day practice as a Product Manager, and confident championing AI-enabled ways of working across your team.
Experience building and deploying AI-powered products or capabilities with organisations and their users.
Experience building your own tools, scripts or workflows that extend AI capabilities beyond a standard chat interface.

Responsibilities

Lead across our most complex, ambiguous agile projects and programmes.
Work with in-house teams of developers, designers and testing engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality products.
Define the product and service strategy, clarify priorities and measures of success.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, strategists and senior client stakeholders to align on direction.
Coach and mentor other Product Managers within the team and broader delivery.
Embed AI into day-to-day practice and champion better AI-enabled ways of working.
Support commercial activities, pitches and proposals to grow the practice.
