Job summary

Auxo Talent is recruiting a Technology Lead to drive AI adoption and engineering transformation in a hands-off leadership role. You will lead a team of roughly 14 Developers and QA Engineers within an Agile environment and champion AI-assisted development and testing across product teams.

Working closely with Product and Operations, you will provide technical leadership, modernise legacy software, and promote engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software development teams (hands-on preferred).
• Strong background in software engineering and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience with legacy systems and modernisation projects.
• Passion for AI and its application in software engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Developers and QA Engineers (~14 people).
• Drive AI-assisted development and testing tool adoption.
• Support modernisation of legacy software products.
• Promote engineering best practices, quality standards, and Agile delivery.
• Align engineering output with business priorities with stakeholders.
