Qualifications

• Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines
• Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments
• Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI for building AI services and APIs
• Frontend exposure using ReactJS / Next.js for AI-driven user interfaces
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO
• Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python
• Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms
• Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend with ReactJS and Next.js
• Build AI services with Python (FastAPI) and NodeJS/NestJS
• Hands-on with AI, embeddings, and RAG-based solutions
• Work with vector databases like OpenSearch or Chroma for similarity search
• Model evaluation, tuning, and reducing hallucinations
• Handle data with PostgreSQL and object storage (Azure Blob Storage/ Data Lake/ MinIO)
• Analyze data to build KPIs and insights using SQL and Python
• Collaborate with teams; follow CI/CD and security best practices
• Translate complex AI concepts into business value
