Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is transforming customer service through AI-powered security. The Cloud Security team protects the platforms powering Fin, securing cloud environments and production systems that underpin every Fin customer interaction.

As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will design secure AWS architectures, build controls, and lead incident response while embedding security into CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cloud security, security engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience securing and operating production AWS environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles and modern attack techniques.
• Experience building or operating detection, monitoring, or threat detection capabilities.
• Hands-on experience investigating security incidents and driving remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure cloud architectures across AWS environments.
• Build protective and detective controls to improve threat visibility.
• Develop detection engineering capabilities to identify attacker behavior and reduce time to detection.
• Lead cloud security investigations and incident response activities with engineering teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and coordinate containment, remediation, and recovery.
