Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is transforming customer service with AI-powered security. The Security Engineering team builds and operates tier-zero security services, including authentication, SAML/SSO, and enterprise controls, to enable secure, scalable AI-powered products.

We are seeking trailblazers who can design, develop, and secure trusted AI-first solutions, collaborating across engineering to embed security by design in every product life cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven application security, product security, or security engineering experience in SaaS.
• Strong software engineering skills for designing and operating production systems.
• Deep understanding of modern application security threats and secure SDLC practices.
• Experience designing or securing authentication, authorization, identity, or enterprise security capabilities.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews and security assessments for complex systems.
• Hands-on incident response experience, including leading investigations and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Own and engineer tier-zero security capabilities for Fin.
• Design, build, and evolve customer-facing security features including authentication and SSO.
• Partner with engineering teams to build secure products and services.
• Perform architecture reviews, threat modelling, and security assessments.
• Build security tooling, automation, and developer-facing building blocks.
• Lead security initiatives across the SDLC and drive measurable outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead security incident response and remediation.
