Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and value realization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into actionable plans, and maintain strong stakeholder communications to align objectives and outcomes.

In this role you will manage multiple initiatives, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in project execution within a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
