Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in AI Engineering or related discipline with production AI delivery.
• Experience leading high-performing technical teams and fostering collaboration.
• Hands-on design, build, and deployment of LLM-powered solutions at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AI engineering team with strong software engineering standards.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI applications including LLM-powered solutions, with hands-on coding and architecture input.
• Support data scientists with model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and productionisation of ML/AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence by embedding quality, security, reliability and continuous improvement into delivery.
• Mentor AI engineers and foster collaboration, learning and growth.
• Stay informed on emerging AI, MLOps and engineering practices to keep the team at the forefront.
