Job summary

CAPGEMINI INVENT is seeking an AI engineer to design, build, and operationalise advanced AI, ML, and Generative AI systems at enterprise scale. You will bridge prototypes to production, scale AI responsibly, and embed guardrails while delivering business value.

You’ll work across data, AI architectures, and multi-disciplinary teams, translating requirements into technical blueprints and guiding delivery to live environments in a hybrid UK setting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing MLOPs strategy and framework.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions at scale from concept to production.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI—RAG pipelines, embeddings, evaluation harnesses.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and implementing robust MLOps framework, governance and best practices as per industry standards.
• Designing end-to-end AI/ML systems from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
• Delivering GenAI solutions using latest frameworks and integrating with cloud services across Azure, GCP, AWS.
