Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Engineer to join its newly established AI Accelerator team in the UK. You will design and build prototype AI solutions in Azure, translating concepts into deployed systems for internal stakeholders and clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, and NLP, and help scale prototypes into production in a hybrid work environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and developing AI solutions, preferably within cloud environments such as Azure.
• Experience with Azure based AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience working with LLMs and Agentic AI on real-world problems.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
• Strong inter‑personal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience with deploying AI models into production environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI technologies.

Responsibilities
