Job summary

WSP’s AI Accelerator team is seeking an AI Engineer to design and build prototype AI solutions, transitioning successful prototypes into deployments across UK offices. You will collaborate across WSP UK and Ireland in the Transformation and Digital Insights group, leveraging Azure cloud to deliver bespoke AI capabilities to internal stakeholders.

You will work with consultancy teams to identify AI transformation opportunities and deploy solutions that impact real-world client challenges across

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing AI solutions, preferably in cloud environments (Azure).
• Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI on real-world problems.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and NLP techniques.
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Design and develop AI prototypes, experiments and models.
