WSP’s AI Accelerator team is seeking an AI Engineer to design and build prototype AI solutions, transitioning successful prototypes into deployments across UK offices. Join WSP's newly established AI Accelerator team as an AI Engineer and be at the forefront of our global digital strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with experts across WSP UK and Ireland to design and build prototype AI solutions that address real-world challenges. Successful prototypes will be transitioned into full-scale deployments, transforming how WSP operates and enhancing the services we deliver to our clients. You will be part of the wider Data & Decision Science function within our Transformation and Digital Insights team, working in our Azure cloud environments to deliver impactful bespoke AI solutions to internal stakeholders.
You can expect to work closely with WSP’s consultancy teams to understand their business and identify opportunities to leverage AI for transformation. You will also have the opportunity to work with WSP’s clients across all of the market sectors we serve. You will be on the front lines of our digital transformation, rapidly turning ideas into realities and putting them into everyday use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
Design and develop AI prototypes, experiments, and models.
Transition successful prototypes into full-scale deployments.
Work within Azure cloud environments to deliver bespoke AI solutions to internal stakeholders.
