Vega in London is seeking an AI Engineer to join our fast-growing startup, working in-office four days a week. You will build AI-powered features across AltOS, take ideas from research to production, and ship end-to-end with minimal bureaucracy.

You should have hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and cloud platforms; we value initiative, collaboration, and the ability to work in ambiguity. Competitive salary and equity await.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with business and engineering teams to take ideas from research to production.
• Build AI-powered features across AltOS, including agents, document intelligence, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Own problems end-to-end, from scoping and architecture through to shipping and iteration.
• Help define how AI is applied across Vega's products and internal workflows.
