Vega is transforming private markets with an AI-native operating system. We are hiring a Product Operations professional in London to help set up new funds, own quality, and streamline subscription delivery across funds and clients.

This role is office-based, four days a week, in Paddington, and offers substantial opportunity to shape core processes and AI-driven workflows. You will operate in a high-performance environment, collaborating with product and engineering to accelerate delivery,

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product/operations roles in high-performance, client-facing settings.
• High attention to detail and strong reasoning; high execution quality.
• Hands-on, passionate and willing to get hands dirty.
• Curious about AI-powered products and operational systems.
• Comfortable moving quickly and solving ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Set up new funds: read subscription docs, fund terms and side letters; configure fund on the platform; translate gaps into product/engineering requirements.
• Own quality: ensure digitised subscription documents, questionnaires and side letters are client-ready; test end-to-end flows.
• Keep delivery running and improve scalability: collaborate with Product and Engineering to make fund delivery faster and more reliable across funds and clients.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to speed up document digitisation and review on Vega’s platform.
