Version 1 is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI applications, integrating models into business systems and supporting the full AI development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is passionate about modern AI technologies, best practices in software engineering, and delivering reliable AI solutions at scale. Collaboration with architects and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ML engineering or data science, with production deployments.
• Experience building Gen AI applications including RAG systems or agent workflows.
• Strong software engineering practices and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and build AI-powered applications and services.
• Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy ML models.
• Develop and deploy Gen AI solutions and LLM integrations.
• Implement MLOps pipelines for training, validation, retraining, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Engineers.
