Job summary

Trust In SODA in the United Kingdom is hiring its first AI Solutions Engineer to lead the deployment of AI agents that automate multi-step business workflows. The role is hybrid, based in London or Bristol, and embeds you directly in business functions.

You will design and deploy AI/LLM-powered agents, integrate with PMS, CRM, and other systems, and work with product, engineering, and AI teams to drive measurable time savings and throughput improvements.

AI Solutions Engineer — Hybrid (London/Bristol)

We've partnered with a fast-growing organisation in the healthcare space. They're using AI to transform how their business operates. Cutting manual work, streamlining processes, and building smarter ways of working across the company. They're hiring their first AI Solutions Engineer to lead this from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that execute multi-step business workflows and integrate with key enterprise systems (PMS, CRM, telephony, HR)
• Work as a forward-deployed engineer — embedded directly in business functions, not just designing from the sidelines
• Identify automation opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and see them through to measurable outcomes (time saved, throughput, error reduction, experience)
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures, feeding learnings back into a growing internal agent platform
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI teams and business stakeholders — and help educate the wider business on how and why these tools add value

What you bring:

• Strong software engineering background, with experience in APIs, integrations, and distributed systems (Python essential)
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI/LLM-powered agents and workflows
• Solid grasp of AI architecture and patterns (RAG, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration) and familiarity with relevant tools/platforms (e.g. Chroma, Braintrust, Azure Foundry, AWS Bedrock)
• A process-oriented thinker who can understand and redesign complex business workflows
• Comfortable owning solutions end-to-end, working directly with business users in live environments, and operating in ambiguity
• Strong communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points:

prior experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE).

This is a brand-new role sitting at the intersection of engineering, AI, and operations. You'll have genuine scope to shape how AI gets built and adopted across the business, working directly with the team building it.
