REAL Technical Solutions Limited is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and Power Automate. The role focuses on enterprise-scale automation and AI-driven workflows within a hybrid UK environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5+ years hands-on automation engineering experience within large organisations, FTSE-type environments, or complex operations, and a strong track record in M365 automation
