Job summary

Adecco is hiring an AI Engineer in London with hybrid working to design and deliver AI-powered automation. You will build copilots and assistants using Copilot Studio and Azure AI, create Python services, and drive practical AI initiatives across the enterprise.

The role requires 2–3 years in AI/automation, strong Python skills, and experience automating workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and adopt advanced AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Around 2-3 years experience in AI, automation, software development or a related technology discipline.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Exposure to Azure AI services and the wider Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience developing automation and workflow solutions.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
