Job summary

Lynx Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready Generative AI systems. You will own the full life cycle of GenAI applications, working with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic frameworks to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.

Based in Greater London, you will collaborate with clients and technical teams, implement monitoring and CI/CD pipelines, and design prompts with safety guardrails to ensure robust, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Production experience deploying GenAI systems with LLMs in real projects.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases and common LLM frameworks.
• Git and CI/CD experience in production environments.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• AWS experience.
• IT/Technology-related university degree (minimum 2.1).
