Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior/Lead GenAI Engineer to build and operate production-grade GenAI and agentic AI applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will design, implement and deploy scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration. You will collaborate with Product/Data/Platform teams, mentor engineers, and own end-to-end delivery of APIs, microservices, and AI evaluation frameworks, with a focus on security, observability, and cost/performance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python/TypeScript/Go/Java.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.
• REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform and Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Knowledge of security, guardrails, and AI evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent apps.
• Develop APIs and microservices using Python/TS/Go/Java.
• Integrate AI tools and policy controls with enterprise systems.

Looking for a Senior/Lead GenAI Engineer to build and operate production-grade GenAI and agentic AI applications. The role requires strong software engineering skills combined with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, APIs, cloud, Kubernetes, security, and AI evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build production-ready GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent applications.


• Develop APIs and microservices using Python/TypeScript/Go/Java.


• Work with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.


• Implement LLM integrations, tool calling, structured outputs, guardrails, and policy controls.


• Build knowledge/retrieval pipelines using vector databases and hybrid search.


• Develop AI evaluation, testing, monitoring, and regression frameworks.


• Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and Azure/AWS/GCP.


• Implement security, PII protection, observability, and cost/performance optimization.


• Integrate AI solutions with SAP, CRM, ITSM, Kafka, and enterprise systems.


• Collaborate with Product/Data/Platform teams and mentor engineers.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years software engineering experience.


• Strong Python/TypeScript/Go/Java.


• Hands-on LLM, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI experience.
