Job summary

Lynx Recruitment is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead production-grade GenAI and agentic systems. You will own architecture, prototyping, deployment, and observability while guiding clients and senior stakeholders. A hands-on role, you’ll mentor engineers and establish guardrails for responsible AI.

Based in the UK, you will design secure AWS deployment architectures and build CI/CD pipelines to deliver production-ready AI applications with end-to-end ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years software or machine learning engineering experience.
• 2+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM applications in production.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, EKS or SageMaker.
• Strong understanding of RAG, agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical workstreams or small engineering teams.
• 2:1 or above IT/Tech/Business degree.

This is a hands‑on technical role where you’ll take ownership from architecture and prototyping through to deployment, monitoring and continuous evaluation.
