Job summary

Aveni is seeking an Enablement / Training Manager to plan and deliver training that turns new users of Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect into confident, everyday power users.

You'll run onboarding, manage schedules, and nurture adoption across thousands of users and enterprise advisers, building scalable processes and content that drive real business impact.

This role combines content creation, LMS oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to scale enablement in a fast-growing fintech.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of training users on software platforms and nurturing them into regular habits.
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing complex schedules, agendas, and logistics across multiple cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and new feature training for financial advisers and their teams.
• Organise training schedules, agendas, and invitations for busy professionals.
• Follow up after sessions to identify users needing extra support and embed tools into workflows.
• Maintain scalable onboarding paths for new joiners across client firms.
• Keep user guides, video walkthroughs, and LMS courses up to date, including the Aveni Certification program.
• Monitor attendance and adoption metrics, sharing insights with CS and Product teams.
