Job summary

Aveni is seeking a Head of Enablement to build and lead the education function for Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect. You will design the enablement model, programs, and certifications for thousands of users across clients in the financial services space.

You will own the enablement strategy, design a scalable LMS-based certification program, and lead a team to deliver blended in-person and online training while partnering with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Function Builder: proven ability to establish an enablement/training function and its operating model.
• Training Manager: hands-on experience delivering training in-person and online.
• Enterprise Certification Design: design LMS programs/certifications for thousands of users.
• B2B2C / Large-Scale Adoption: enable end users at scale for enterprise clients.
• Customer Adoption Journeys: run onboarding and adoption journeys with customers.
• Key Attributes: quick-thinking, emotionally intelligent, customer-obsessed, process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement strategy for Assist and Detect, defining success for each user type and customer segment.
• Design and launch programmes with LMS courses, quizzes, and digital badges.
• Create scalable onboarding, new-joiner, refresher, and feature-launch training for thousands of users with minimal manual effort.
• Deliver blended delivery of in-person and online training, stepping in where capacity is needed.
• Set operating model: processes, cadence, and quality standards for the team.
• Track engagement, completion, adoption, and competency to drive improvements.
• Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing enablement team.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales.
