Aveni is seeking a Head of Enablement to build and lead a function educating thousands of users on Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect. You will design enablement processes, standards, tooling, and team structure, with potential for an Aveni Certification across user types.

The role emphasizes scalable programmes, blended delivery, and an operating model to maintain quality. Remote-friendly and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building enablement, training, or customer education functions.
• Hands-on delivery of training (in-person and online).
• Experience designing LMS-based certifications for thousands of users.

Responsabilités

• Own enablement for Assist and Detect, defining success for each user type.
• Design and launch enablement programmes and LMS certifications.
• Build scalable onboarding and refresher training reaching thousands with minimal manual effort.
• Lead and grow a high-performing enablement team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales.
