This is a high-ownership generalist role joining a small team; you’ll manage engineers, translate business needs into action, and become the go-to AI expert across the organization. You’ll own initiatives across Build, Enable, and Govern, from idea to shipped results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agent and internal tool builds with engineers, translating between business needs and technical direction.
• Run training, workshops, and documentation that help teams adopt AI.
• Build and grow an AI champions program across the org.
• Be the day-to-day support that makes enablement actually land.
• Draft and operationalize guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails.
• Put the standards in place that let us move fast safely.
