Qualifications

• Background in applied social science or related quantitative/qualitative methods.
• Solid mixed-methods skills: survey design, psychometrics, interviews.

Responsibilities

• Design and run mixed-methods studies on how lawyers adopt and use AI tools.
• Build and validate surveys, interview protocols, and quantitative measures.
• Analyze usage and outcomes data to identify adoption patterns across firms.
• Translate findings into concrete recommendations for product, onboarding and customer enablement.
• Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership.
• Help prioritise what to study next in a fast-moving client base.
