Legora is reshaping how legal work gets done with an AI-enabled workspace. You would join to own a significant slice of AI Enablement, manage engineers, translate business needs into action, and become the go-to AI leader across the organization.

This high-ownership generalist role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, ships fast, and helps teams build, enable, and govern AI safely within Legora's environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with coding exposure to work with engineers.
• Several years in a fast-moving environment (ops, strategy, product, consulting, or similar).
• Genuine AI-native mindset or willingness to adopt AI tools by default.
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, delivery and people work.
• Excellent learning speed and receptivity to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end across Build, Enable, and Govern streams.
• Coordinate with engineers and translate business needs to technical direction.
• Develop training, workshops, and documentation to promote AI adoption.
• Draft and enforce guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails.
