Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists—engagement leaders who own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for migrations and platform modernizations across MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

As a hybrid of PM, Engagement Lead and BA, you will govern scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery while guiding executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Experience owning enterprise engagement scopes, cross-functional delivery teams, and time-bound client engagements.
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Experience with Professional Services, SIs and external customer teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms (Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, Data Cloud).
• Proficient use of AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites; degree or equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across the full lifecycle: Discovery to Value Realization and Handoff.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and keep them aligned on scope and dates.
• Serve as main contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders, translating workstreams into outcomes.
• Lead steering reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews; map requirements to target patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract logic, generate assets, and accelerate delivery.
