Qualifications
- Five+ years of experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience implementing software solutions and platform deployments.
- Ability to speak with C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
- Experience working in global teams.
Responsabilités
- Master the platform's AI features and assist enterprise customers with complex setups.
- Lead hands-on AI workflow deployments and governance initiatives.
- Articulate ROI and value of AI capabilities to stakeholders.
- Drive retention, renewals and ARR growth through proactive portfolio management.
- Engage in strategic technical conversations with c-suite stakeholders.
- Conduct platform audits and share best practices.
