Job summary

Basis Technologies is hiring a UX Designer to shape AI-enabled product experiences for Klario, our Intelligent Change Management platform for SAP-run enterprises. You will work end to end, from discovery through delivery, translating customer problems into usable product experiences.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and a Senior UX Designer to research needs, explore solutions and define how AI interacts with users.

Qualifications

• Experience in product design for complex software, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise
• Strong user research skills including interviews and usability testing
• Ability to turn research into clear user journeys and designs

Responsibilities

• Research and discovery to understand customer needs and workflows.
• End-to-end product design from exploration to delivery, with high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design AI-enabled experiences, considering how AI guides users and handles uncertainty.
• Contribute to UX learning, discovery, and design practices across the team.
