Qualifications

• Strong experience designing complex digital products end-to-end, ideally in enterprise software, B2B SaaS.
• Deep UX research skills; ability to extract insights from interviews, observation, and field work.
• A clear point of view on how AI shifts user behaviour and interaction patterns.
• Solid visual and interaction design skills to own the work end-to-end.
• Pragmatic and biased toward shipping; fast prototyping and feedback-driven.
• Low ego and collaborative; partner to product and engineering.
