Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Transformation Programme Manager to lead cross-business transformation initiatives from concept to implementation in a fast-paced, global environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years of transformation, change management, or programme management experience in complex organizations.
• Experience in fast-paced professional services like Consulting is preferred.
• Proven ability to influence enterprise strategy and manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems including C-suite and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex transformation programs spanning multiple business segments from concept to implementation.
• Launch new projects with limited data from a blank sheet of paper.
• Partner with senior leadership and executives to drive change with measurable outcomes.
• Develop tailored change approaches to minimize disruption and maximise value realization.
• Create and deliver stakeholder communications across all levels of the organization.
