Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Delivery Manager within the CLT Consulting team to lead end-to-end front-office transformation programmes for consumer goods clients, delivering on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape AI-enabled strategies and build PwC's AI proposition across markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Consumer Goods front-office functions or consulting environment.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies, with the drive to apply AI across commercial/front-office transformations.
• Ability to bridge business and technology discussions, bringing AI-driven thinking to solve complex challenges.
• Proven experience delivering multiple large-scale commercial transformation programmes, including cross-market engagements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of front-office transformation programmes for consumer goods clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top-quality standards.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand priorities, shape project strategies and identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.
• Help define and build PwC's AI proposition within the Consumer Goods and front-office space, developing use cases and shaping market offerings.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and ways of working across project teams and client engagements, promoting innovation and continuous learning.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, proactively managing risks, issues and project performance with clear communication and aligned decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and contribute to practice growth through business development and client engagements.
