Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Delivery Manager in the CLT Consulting team to lead front-office transformation programmes for consumer goods clients, driving AI-enabled commercial improvements and shaping PwC’s AI proposition.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and contribute to practice growth through business development and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Consumer Goods front-office functions or a consulting environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale commercial transformation programmes across markets.
• Strong project management skills with track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of front-office transformation programmes for consumer goods clients.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape strategies and drive AI-enabled growth and efficiency.
• Help define and build PwC's AI proposition within the Consumer Goods and front-office space.
• Champion adoption of AI tools and new ways of working across teams and engagements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, manage risks and ensure clear communication throughout delivery.
• Contribute to practice growth through business development and client presentations.
