Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation and portfolio delivery in global or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of tech-enabled transformation including AI, data, automation and operating models.
• Solid grasp of operational processes and strategic planning.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance, delivery rhythms, and executive reporting.
• Experience building or improving project management capability with standards and templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transformation strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify, shape and prioritise transformation initiatives across the global business.
• Translate priorities into transformation programs with defined outcomes, resourcing and accountabilities.
• Own and build out the project management capability and practice across Corporate Markets.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change programmes.
• Manage risks and address challenges related to transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout projects.
