Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd is evolving its Commercial & Marketing operating model to be data-driven and AI-enabled. This role leads the technology and AI transformation workstream, defining systems, data foundations and practical AI capabilities to translate redesigned ways of working into measurable improvements.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, collaborating with engineers, analysts and partners to implement scalable AI-enabled solutions across the tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology, digital or operating model transformation across consulting or in-house roles.
• Background across business analysis, solution/enterprise architecture, product delivery or transformation leadership.
• Proven ability to translate complex processes into practical future-state designs and roadmaps.
• Experience delivering systems enabling integration, automation and data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of data platforms, APIs, cloud environments and modern tooling.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology and AI workstream within the Commercial & Marketing transformation programme.
• Define a technology vision aligned to business goals and AI strategy.
• Assess current tech landscape and identify simplification opportunities.
• Design future-state architecture, data models, integrations and automation frameworks.
• Deliver scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled solutions across multi-system environments.
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear business-focused recommendations.
• Work with partners to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
