Qualifications

• Proven track record of hands-on motor claims experience within an insurance company.
• Experience auditing a wide variety of motor claims including AD, TPVD & TPPI.
• Ability to deal with indemnity referrals and make nuanced misrepresentation decisions.
• Natural leader, adaptable, thrives in fast-paced environments.
• CII Certificate is a plus; AI-first mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvements of the Quality Assurance Framework across claims processes.
• Deal with complex indemnity referrals and deliver swift resolutions for customers.
• Develop and refine best-practice claims documentation and training materials.
• Train, mentor, and develop the claims team for continuous learning.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on claims initiatives to drive performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Fraud, Data, Product Management, Engineering, Actuarial, Reserving, and Sales to enhance claims strategy.
• Represent Zego in supplier and client meetings to align on quality expectations.
• Shape the future of claims processing, driving automation and innovation.
• Champion data quality and accessibility across internal systems.
