Job summary

Zego is seeking a high-velocity Recruiter to partner with engineering and product leaders, owning end-to-end hiring from sourcing to closing. You will craft inclusive shortlists and maintain a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will build proactive talent pipelines, measure success with analytics, and continuously improve our recruitment function in a hybrid London-based setting.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product.
• Previous roles in start-up/scale-up environments with fast pace.
• Ability to build talent pipelines outside organic applications.
• Numerate, analytical and metric-focused.

Responsibilities

• Partner with function leaders to evaluate hiring requirements and recommend a quality shortlist.
• Own full cycle of hiring: sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing.
• Deliver a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Monitor, maintain and report recruitment metrics.
