Ищем специалиста по подбору персонала для Engineering и Product, который будет формировать качественные shortlists, руководить полным циклом найма и обеспечивать эффективный опыт деликатности для кандидатов и менеджеров.

Qualifications

• Опыт подбора персонала в области Engineering и Product.
• Опыт работы в стартапах или scale-up в быстроменяющейся среде.
• Положительный практичный настрой, лидерство в рефрме подбора и предложении улучшений.
• Умение работать с метриками и аналитикой.
• Навыки построения Talent Pipeline вне органических откликов.

Responsibilities

• Партнёрство с лидерами функций для оценки потребности в найме, ведение поиска и рекомендация качественных shortlists.
• Полный цикл найма: квалификация вакансии, активный поиск, интервью, отбор и закрытие ключевых сотрудников.
• Обеспечение безупречного опыта кандидатов и менеджеров по найму на всех этапах процесса.
• Мониторинг, поддержка и регулярная отчётность по ключевым метрикам подбора.

Задачи

• Partner with function leaders to evaluate hiring requirements, lead searches, and recommend quality and inclusive candidate shortlists;
• Own the full hiring cycle, including job qualification, proactive sourcing, interviewing, selection, and closing of key talent;
• Deliver a world-class, end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers;
• Monitor, maintain, and proactively report key recruitment metrics.

Требования

• Experience recruiting across Engineering and Product;
• Previous recruitment experience in start-up or scale-up companies within a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead recruitment and suggest improvements to the recruitment function;
• Numerate, analytical, and metrics-focused;
• Demonstrable skills in proactively building talent pipelines outside organic applications.
