Job summary

Diligent is seeking a transformative Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting function and deliver a scalable, data-driven hiring experience. You will partner with senior leaders to align workforce plans, shape strategy, and drive enterprise-wide recruiting improvements.

You will own Workday Recruiting implementation and optimization, champion AI-enabled sourcing, and build high-performing teams across regions while advancing our employer brand and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading talent acquisition across large teams.
• Experience implementing Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and analytics.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Talent Acquisition function and set hiring strategy.
• Oversee Workday Recruiting implementation and optimization.
• Partner with senior leaders to align workforce plans.
• Drive metrics on time-to-fill, quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Coach TA teams and manage change across regions.
• Define AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment strategies.
