Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead world-class recruiting and develop a high‑performing team. This player‑coach role blends hands‑on execution with strategic hiring initiatives, partnering with leaders to craft hiring strategies and improve operations.

You will own Ashby ATS, drive data‑driven decisions, build scalable processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience as the function scales globally in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Talent Acquisition in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• 2+ years people leadership managing recruiters.
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, etc.
• Proven success recruiting executive and leadership roles.
• Advanced Boolean sourcing and market mapping.
• Power user of ATS and recruitment tools (Ashby/Juicebox a plus)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Manage executive and high‑impact searches end‑to‑end.
• Partner with leaders to define hiring strategies and workforce plans.
• Own Ashby ATS and optimize recruiting workflows and reporting.
• Champion candidate experience and employer branding across global talent pools.
• Drive data‑driven recruiting decisions and KPI tracking.
